Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective April 24, 2007, James R. Thompson retired from FMC Corporation’s Board of Directors. Mr. Thompson served as a Board Member for FMC Corporation since 1991.
