On March 27, 2008, certain members of management and the independent directors of Peak International Limited (Peak) issued an open letter to the shareholders of Peak (the Response) in response to letters that the Company had received on March 10, 2008 and March 12, 2008 from certain of its shareholders. The Response is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
