AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Registrant”) announced a more streamlined organizational structure in a press release issued on May 9, 2008. Registrant also announced that Terrance P. Haas, Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer, has left the company, effective May 9, 2008, to pursue other interests.
