On December 10, 2010, Kraft Foods Inc. issued a press release announcing the expiration of the early tender deadline and withdrawal deadline and change in applicable maximum tender amounts for each series of notes in respect of its previously announced cash tender offers for its 5.625% Notes due 2011 and its 6.25% Notes due 2012.
