On June 8, 2012, Kraft Foods Inc. provided written notice to the New York Stock Exchange (the “NYSE”) that we intend to voluntarily withdraw our Class A Common Stock, no par value, from listing and trading on the NYSE, effective on or about June 26, 2012, and transfer our listing to The NASDAQ Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) to commence trading on or about June 26, 2012. Our Class A Common Stock has been approved for listing on NASDAQ, and will continue to trade under the stock symbol “KFT” on NASDAQ.
