ITEM 8.01. Other Events.
On November 2, 2012, the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon issued a jury verdict against KBR in the Bixby et al v. KBR case involving the alleged sodium dichromate exposure in Iraq at the Qarmat Ali water treatment facility in 2003. A copy of the press release announcing the verdict is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
