Item 8.01                      Other Events.

On May 25, 2007, the Company announced that it has been advised by the Commonwealth of Australia that it plans to continue the Kaman SH-2G(A) Seasprite helicopter program.  As previously reported, the Kaman program had been under review by the Commonwealth's Minister of Defence regarding the possibility of pursuing an alternative to the Kaman program.
