On January 13, 2010, the Company’s Kaman Aerospace Group subsidiary announced the reorganization of several management positions within the Aerospace segment, which changes were effective January 1, 2010. Please see the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 issued on January 13, 2010 regarding this management reorganization.
