FondElec holds a 1% general partnership interest in the Latin America Fund. The Latin America Fund's business is limited to investing in FUCOs in Latin America. As part of the transaction, CNG International obtains an ownership interest, equal to its percentage ownership interest in the partnership, in each of the Latin America Fund's investments.
