February 2, 2010, TTM Technologies, Inc. issued a press release relating to its proposed
acquisition of the printed circuit board business of Meadville Holdings Limited. This press
release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein
by reference.
