On February 27, 2006, Tower Automotive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a
tentative agreement with the unions representing certain colleagues at the Company’s Milwaukee, WI
facility and its intention to move forward with decision bargaining regarding the closure if its
Greenville, MI manufacturing facility.
