On May 17, 2006, Exchange National Bancshares, Inc. issued a press
release announcing that its board of directors had approved a quarterly cash
dividend of 21 cents per share, payable July 1, 2006 to shareholders of record
at the close of business on June 15, 2006. The full text of the press release is
