Matador Resources Company Announces Date of Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2022 Earnings Release

Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (“Matador” or the “Company”) today announced plans to release fourth quarter and full year 2022 operational and financial results after the close of trading on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. Management will also host a live conference call on Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. Central Time to review fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial results and operational highlights and the $1.6 billion strategic bolt-on acquisition of Advance Energy Partners Holdings, LLC, which is expected to close early in the second quarter of 2023. Matador also expects to release its full year 2023 operational and financial guidance in conjunction with this earnings release.
